This week's sermon is based on Psalm 39, which is a great comfort for people being called to their heavenly home.

The children also sang for the congregation and did a wonderful job.

On this Reformation Sunday on November 1, 2009, our text comes from the Scriptures of Psalm 46 where we learn that God is our Refuge and our Strength. The two themes are the God protects his people and that we as Christians can have confidence in God. We welcome all of our worshippers and hope and pray that the service is edifying for you.

The sermon for the 19th Sunday after Trinity follows the text of Psalms 1 in the Old Testament which speaks about obiedience and disobiedience. Are we as Christians well watered trees with deep roots in the Word of God or wind blown chaff that flows with the winds of the worldly culture we live in? As a family, do we ground ourselves and bring up our children in the Word of God? Listen as Pastor Neumann preaches on the text which says:

"Blessed is the man
who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked
or stand in the way of sinners
or sit in the seat of mockers."

The sermon for October 11th was based on Hosea 14, where we learn "The Ways of the Lord Are Right". In the text we learn that God gives us directions for repenting and God gives us a readiness to receive comfort. As Pastor Neumann begins the sermon, we often hear the call of our Lord, but ignore it or respond slowly to it. Listen to the sermon audio file to find out God's will for us.
