Today, the 17th Sunday after Trinity, we hear a sermon based on the text of Heb 6:1-15. We learn about how we as Christians go on to maturity in our faith. Our growing up in the faith does not end at confirmation, but continues throughout our lives. Why do we continue in growing in our faith? Because we have tasted the heavenly gift God gives us.
